How much do you charge for a call out?

We offer very competitive rates and the cost would depend on whether you have a service level agreement with us and upon the nature of the call. Any extensive works are subject to quotation and will not commence without prior authorisation, allowing you to keep within your budgets.

What insurance do you hold?

We are insured for:

  • Public Liability to £10,000,000
  • Employers Liability to £10,000,000
  • Contractors All Risk to £150,000
  • Professional Indemnity to £2,000,000 (relevant to the Water Hygiene Department)

Do your engineers get refresher training?

Yes, we operate a detailed training matrix for all employees, which incorporates industry related training and health & safety. This is monitored regularly to ensure all operatives remain in touch with changes and updates to legislation and industry advancements.

How long have you been trading?

TSS Facilities Limited has been trading successfully since 1971.

What are your areas of work?

We operate daily throughout the South East from Kent to Hampshire and everything in between. We have also completed works in the North of England, The Midlands and Central London. Please contact us if you would like to find out if we cover your area.

Do you operate an out of hours callout service?

Yes, if you're a contracted customer you will be provided with a contact number which connects to our standby engineers. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can you tailor a maintenance package to our requirements?

Yes, provided it does not invalidate the manufacturers warranties, we can provide a facility which best suits your requirements.

Are your air conditioning and heating installation surveys free?

All surveys and quotes for NEW installation equipment in relation to boilers, central heating, air conditioning, heat pumps, cold rooms etc. are provided free of charge. For surveys undertaken on any equipment that is in use and requires diagnosis, we will charge a quoted hourly rate.

What are your payment terms?

For all business entities we offer a 30 day credit account (subject to status). All domestic clients would be required to pay on completion. We reserve right to request a deposit amount before undertaking any works. We also have the facility to arrange finance on request should it be required.
