TSS Facilities can offer on site surveys free of charge for all new or replacement installations. See our FAQs for detailed information. We would provide you with a detailed quotation specifically designed around your requirements. and environment. We can offer a full range of equipment from small domestic boilers to large commercial boilers/burners used in colleges, hospital or warehouses. With the environment in mind, you may also be interested in more sustainable green energy solutions such as Biomass, wood pellet or solar energy.

Heating systems maintenance

All maintenance packages can be tailored to your requirements and visits will be planned at your convenience. We offer expertise for servicing & maintaining commercial/industrial boilers fuelled by natural gas, oil and LPG and hold accreditations with Gas Safe and OFTEC among others.

All contracted clients will be provided with an out of hours telephone number ensuring you have cover 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contracted clients also benefit from our service level agreement so that ciritcal equipment will always be attended to within the terms of the contract.

Not only do we provide maintenance for our own intallations, we can also offer maintenance contracts for those installed by other contractors.

TSS hold accounts with major manufacturers and wholesale suppliers of all well known brands and we make sure we pass on all discounts to our clients.
