Energy Assessors
All air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more that 12kw must be regularly inspected by an Energy Assessor.
Having your air conditioning systems inspected regularly is design to improve efficiency, reduce electricity consumption and reduce carbon emissions from your your building.
Building owners and managers have legal obligations in addition to the standard operation and maintenance of air conditioning systems which they control.
When are inspections required?
If you have had a new air conditioning system installed since 1st January 2008, you must have it inspected within 5 years of the install date.
